How We Collect Consent to Text You

Revive Real Estate Team collects SMS consent verbally, during phone calls and in-person conversations with clients and prospective clients, as well as through written consent on our website forms. We never add a phone number to our texting program without the owner of that number first agreeing to receive messages from us.

When collecting consent verbally, our agents use language along these lines:

“Would it be okay if I text you updates about this — things like showing confirmations, new listings that match what you're looking for, and answers to any questions along the way? You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, and message and data rates may apply.”

We only proceed to add the client's number to our messaging program after they verbally agree.

1. The client's mobile number is added to our CRM with a record of how and when consent was given.
2. The client receives a welcome text confirming they've opted in, along with instructions for opting out (reply STOP) and getting help (reply HELP).
3. The client begins receiving relevant messages tied to their specific real estate inquiry or transaction.
4. Consent is only used for the purpose it was given for — we don't add clients to unrelated messaging lists.

Transactional messages include showing confirmations, appointment reminders, document requests, and updates tied directly to an active transaction.

Marketing messages may include new listing alerts, market updates, or other relevant real estate opportunities. We only send marketing messages to clients who have opted in to receive them.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. We'll send one confirmation message and then stop texting you. You can also contact us directly to be removed from our messaging program.
